TERMS OF SERVICE
The rules for using On Us, in plain language.
1. AGREEING TO THESE TERMS
By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using On Us, you agree to these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and our Data & Privacy Center. If you don't agree, please don't use On Us.
2. WHO CAN USE ON US
You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to give accurate information, keep your login secure, and use only one personal account. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
3. YOUR CONTENT
You own what you post. By posting, you give On Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and share your content on the platform so it can work as intended. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies others reshared or that we must keep by law.
4. WHAT'S NOT ALLOWED
Hate speech, harassment, threats, sexual content involving minors, scams, fake listings, impersonation, spam, posting other people's private information, uploading music or media you don't have rights to, or trying to break or abuse the platform.
5. MODERATION
We may review, label, limit, or remove content and suspend accounts that break our rules. You can appeal a decision through the app. We are not required to monitor everything posted.
6. MARKETPLACE
Sellers are independent and responsible for their listings, products, taxes, shipping, and refunds. On Us is not the seller and does not guarantee items. Payments are processed by Stripe, and On Us may charge a platform fee shown before checkout.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAID EVENTS
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the billing period. Switching plans takes effect right away with prorated charges. Event ticket refunds are set by the event host unless the law requires otherwise.
8. COPYRIGHT
If you believe something on On Us infringes your copyright, report it on our copyright page. Repeat infringers may lose their accounts.
9. DISCLAIMERS
On Us is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it safe and running, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that every member acts in good faith.
10. LIMITS ON LIABILITY
To the extent the law allows, On Us is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the actions of members, sellers, or event hosts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
11. ENDING YOUR ACCOUNT
You can delete your account anytime from the Data & Privacy Center. We may end accounts that break these Terms.
12. CHANGES
We may update these Terms. If changes are important, we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use On Us means you accept the updated Terms.
